I’ve been always fascinated by the silica gel packs. They assume the first thing a person wants to do after getting it out of the packing, is to eat it. So they say DO NOT EAT in big letters. Which is like putting a big red button and a sign saying DO NOT PRESS, or making a big garden full of all the trees in the world, and then putting a sign next to ONE tree saying DO NOT EAT THIS FRUIT. Well what do you expect..
Of course terrible things can happen if you DO eat silica gel…

I bought a pack of ‘Mentos’, that had Silica Gel in it which said “Not Edible, Keep away from children” , assuming that chances of children buying chewing gums etc. would be anytime more or atleast equal to that of adults, then the pack should have said “Keep away from yourself” or something like “Are you above 18 years?” like welcome pages of alcohol or adult sites.

recently i am getting so many mails which says “yeh mat khao, woh mat khao” I hope one day i can even eat the raw vegetables! It might still have the heavy metals!!

huh??? Silica gel in Mentos pack? What is happening that I am not aware of? ;)
