Is this modern art, no i think its digital art,cartoon,cartoons on tablet pcs,Toshiba M700

This cartoon is drawn on my new tablet pc: Toshiba M700. Looks good, but I think it will take sometime for me to get used to drawing cartoons on a tablet. Lets see, how it progresses.
